Welcome to My Dollhouse--I am constantly doing inventory of my personal items - clothes, shoes, accessories, collectibles, and makeup - and when I find some things I'm ready to part with I'll be listing them exclusively on this site.* I am also an Avon Independent Representative and will use this site to also sell items from my Avon store (please visit at http://www.youravon.com/saraiwatkins).

Many of the items will be brand new with tags or in the box such as makeup or will be slightly used but in fabulous condition.

There will be new items constantly being added to this site, so please feel free to subscribe and tell your friends.

My Dollhouse Policies
Payments
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. If the item you are interested in does not have a link to the ebay bidding, send an email to me listing the items you would like to purchase. Please include your PayPal email address also.

I will base the priority on a first come first serve basis-unless of course the items are listed on Ebay-then the items goes to highest bidder.

Shipping
On Cosmetics the charge will be a standard rate of $4.00
On clothing/shoes/other items, charges will vary depending on the item, size, and your location.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen parcel items. I will do my best to ensure your item is not damaged during the shipment process. If insurance is requested, it will be added to your shipping cost and I will need to be notified in your initial email.

I will ship items once payment is complete not while pending.

If an item listed is pending and you are interested still send an email as an item is not sold until payment is complete.

All sales are final-there will be no returns.

Prices are non-negotiable unless it says otherwise or it is an ebay listing. My prices are very fair and competitive for the items listed. I welcome you to compare my prices with the current selling prices on ebay etc. Please be aware everything I sell is authentic and not fake. I take pride in my reputation!

All customers that buy 2 or more items in the same order will receive a free gift.

If your items are listed on my ebay sellers page and you purchase 2 or more I will also send a free gift, please just email me to notify.
